How to Wash Bedsheets, Dohars and Comforters
By Hina Collection Team1 min read
Good care keeps colours bright and fabric soft. Always check the wash-care note on the product page first; it is written for that specific item.

General rules
- Wash with similar colours, and wash dark and light shades separately.
- Use cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach, which can weaken fabric and fade colours.
- Do not overload the machine; textiles need room to move.
Cotton bedsheets and dohars
Machine wash on a gentle cycle. Dry in shade to protect colour, and iron on the reverse side at a low to medium setting if needed.
Comforters and microfiber blankets
Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and tumble dry on low, or air dry fully. Avoid dry cleaning unless the care label says so, since it can damage the filling.
Keeping colours bright
The first few washes are when new fabric is most likely to release a little dye, so wash new items separately at first.
